1. Information we collect

When you create a PathPilot account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. When you use the canvas editor, we store the flow data you create. When public viewers use a published flow, we collect anonymised interaction events (node visits, branch selections, completion status) — no personal data is required from viewers.

2. How we use your information

We use your data to provide, improve, and secure the PathPilot service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your flow content to train machine learning models without your explicit consent.

3. Data storage and security

All data is stored in EU-based data centres. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access to production systems is restricted to engineers via short-lived credentials with MFA enforced.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in. We use analytics cookies (first-party only) to understand how the product is used. You can manage cookie preferences at any time. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR and equivalent laws, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@axonave.com or use the in-app account settings.

6. Changes to this policy

We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
