The backstory
PathPilot started as an internal tool for a support team drowning in outdated Google Docs and Wiki pages that nobody kept up to date. The team needed a way to create decision trees their agents could actually follow in real time — without printing a 40-page PDF.
After building a rough canvas tool that reduced onboarding time by 60%, we realised the problem was universal. Every team has processes. Very few have a good way to share them.
We rebuilt it from scratch as a SaaS under Axonave Technologies and launched publicly in 2025. PathPilot is now in early access — used by teams across customer support, operations, HR, and product to build, share, and analyse their workflows.
Everything we publish — our guides, reports, and product decisions — comes from direct experience with the problem. We have spent years watching well-intentioned process documentation fail in practice, and every feature in PathPilot exists to address one of those failure modes.
